You may cancel a transfer if it has not yet been paid out. Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or by visiting our office and our team will advise and action your request promptly.

Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 6:30pm, Saturday: 10:00am – 5:30pm Closed Sundays and UK public holidays.

Contact us by phone, email, or in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and resolve it as quickly as possible. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) free of charge.
